Shipping times vary from 2-8 weeks for in stock items and an additional 12-16 weeks for pre-order items. 
However, we are always working to reduce these timelines and deliver as fast as possible. We are often able to ship sooner, but certain areas - West Coast, Remote Locations - you know who you are! - may take longer. However,
rest assured, nothing makes us happier than seeing a piece of furniture on its way to our customers!

For smaller items, such as chairs and bar stools, we ship them using a third party postal service, such as UPS and FedEx. These items leave from our warehouse in Detroit, MI and can take a few weeks to be delivered depending on your location relative to Michigan. For larger items, such as dining tables, these are delivered via a courier service and may take between 4-8 weeks to arrive. Pre-order items will take 12-16 weeks.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate your own shipping arrangements during business hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5 pm, by appointment only. You are responsible for arranging all pickup & delivery details. You assume full responsibility for items once they are with your courier.

Yes, we love local pickups! "Local pick-up" is an option at checkout. If you would like to pick up your item, we are available by appointment only. The pick-up address is 13151 Northend, Oak Park Michigan 48237, United States.

Note: Michigan sales tax will apply to pick up orders.

Yes, we do allow returns according to our policy here. Please make sure the piece will fit in your space prior to purchase, and that you have gotten all necessary approvals from your spouse, significant other, or pet! We know you will be happy with the piece when you get it!
