Pre-orders

Our pre-order items are custom made in England based on your selections, imported in batched shipments, then assigned US regional couriers for delivery.  Thus, the estimated deliveries times can be 12-16 weeks and possibly longer depending on container batching, import, and possible customs delays. NOTE: If UPS shipping is an option, the service delivery times shown at checkout do not include 12-16 weeks for pre-orders.

Standard In Stock Orders

Items that are currently in stock can take 2-8 weeks. Chairs are shipped via UPS within 1-2 weeks with rates calculated on checkout.  All other furniture ships according to the rates below.

Larger pieces can be an additional amount and are always charged as the first item on an order. Shipping is calculated at checkout with discounts applied above before purchase. Note: Purchaser is responsible for additional delivery costs such as ferry transport and other fees associated with the delivery location.

Current furniture delivery times from our warehouse in Michigan are 4 to 8 weeks and sometimes longer. We select individual shippers whom we trust. Shipments are scheduled by regions at regular intervals. Your patience is appreciated!

Some items are sent by UPS: Rates are calculated in real time based on dimensions, weight and destination. We will ship your item from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order if our item is in stock.  It can take an additional 12-16 weeks for pre-orders.

Arranging your own delivery

We provide delivery service through a network of couriers and UPS as described here.  If you would like to arrange your own pickup & delivery, we are happy to accommodate this arrangement, however, you will be responsible for the item once it leaves our location.

We work hard to ship your item as soon as possible; however, delivery may take up to 8 weeks for in stock items and 16 weeks for pre-orders, and on rare occasions, it may take longer.

We will notify you through email when your item leaves our warehouse with the courier contact information, and they will contact you directly to schedule the delivery. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated as our couriers may request delivery times outside of "normal" business hours.

NOTES:

·   We provide door-to-door service. Our courier will bring the item to your door. Please plan to make arrangements to bring the item into your home.

·   If you ask a courier to place items in your home, we are not responsible for any damages that might occur to your property or the items.

·   Our deliveries are bundled by region to provide most cost-effective delivery. Our drivers are delivering multiple orders at various locations and can experience unforeseen delays. Your flexibility in timing of delivery is greatly appreciated.

·   Tolls & other Transportation Costs: Purchaser is responsible for additional delivery costs such as ferry transport and other fees associated with the delivery location.
