White Glove Service: 

White glove service is our standard in-home delivery service level. This is a premium service that includes a high skill, furniture-trained crew who will set up the product for the customer, leaving the space ready to enjoy and providing an effortless delivery experience.

White glove delivery includes:

  • Advance notice of delivery date, and the option to decline specific delivery dates
  • A scheduled arrived window
  • A call ahead by the crew, and a live GPS-enabled tracking link when the crew is on their way
  • Full white glove setup

The goal of white glove setup is the item is ready to use, and the space ready for the customer to enjoy. Full white glove setup includes:

  • Placement in the customer’s room of choice
  • Removal and haul away of all packaging associated with the delivery
  • Product setup, and if applicable assembly (assembly charges may apply)
  • The opportunity to inspect the product, and a photographic record of delivery completion
  • One flight of stairs is included in the base rate, and additional flights are billed per the Accessorial Charges described below.

White glove delivery at our flex rate service level does not include:

  • The ability to select your own date, or request a specific time window
  • Removal or re-arrangement of existing furniture not associated with the delivery

Accessorial Charges:

These are standard charges, such as a stair charge when there is more than one flight of stairs - that may apply in addition to the originally quoted delivery rate. See Accessorial Charges for more details.

Furniture Delivery Times:

4 to 8 weeks and sometimes longer depending on build or paint to order selections.

Small Item Delivery:

We use UPS as a courier and rates are calculated in real time based on dimensions, weight and destination. We will ship your item from our warehouse within 1-2 weeks of receipt of your order if our item is in stock.

Furniture Shipping Rates:

Furniture Zone 1: Between $350 and $550 (depending on size) plus $200 and $400 (depending on size) for each additional item on the same order to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, excludes Alaska & Hawaii.

Furniture Zone 2: Between $400 and $625 (depending on size) plus $225 and $500 (depending on size) for each additional item on the same order to Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, excludes Alaska & Hawaii.

Arranging Delivery

We provide delivery services as described here.  If you would like to arrange your own pickup & delivery, we are happy to accommodate this arrangement, however, you will be responsible for the item once it leaves our location.

Additional Terms

·       Larger pieces can be an additional amount and are always charged as the first item on an order. Shipping is calculated at checkout with discounts applied above before purchase.

·       Our deliveries are bundled by region to provide most cost-effective delivery. Our drivers are delivering multiple orders at various locations and can experience unforeseen delays. Your flexibility in timing of delivery is greatly appreciated.

·       Tolls & other Transportation Costs - Purchaser is responsible for additional delivery costs such as ferry transport or fees associated with the delivery location and will be invoiced for these additional costs.
