Yes, we accept returns - If you are not happy with your purchase - we are not happy! Please contact us and we'll work with you to make things right.

Cancellations can be made prior to delivery under the following terms.
A transaction fee of 20% of the product cost will be applied if an order is cancelled.
A restocking fee of 50% of the product cost will be applied if an order is cancelled after it has shipped.
Custom painted products or other personalized/custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
We will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment.

Returns can be made within a 7-day period following delivery, otherwise products will be considered accepted by the buyer.
For tables and large products, a restocking fee of 50% of the product cost will be applied if an order has already shipped when return is requested.
For chairs, buyer must pay return shipping costs and use original packaging.
Custom painted products or other personalized/custom products cannot be returned.
We will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment when products are received, inspected and condition is accepted.

If products are received in a damaged condition, buyer must notify Stanwick & Co within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Depending on condition of the damage, Stanwick & Co with either schedule a repair using our network of furniture repair experts or provide a replacement for the damaged product.
In the event of faulty or mis-described products please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will (subject to confirmation of the fault), exchange the products or refund you in full. Products will be exchanged without incurring a collection and re-delivery charge.
Please note that we shall not be liable if you continue to use the products or if you attempt to alter or repair the products without our written consent.
